Hi I’m Orla, and I have just finished doing my A levels. I have started this blog to share my love of cooking. I will share my recipes and my inspirations, like the places I like to go on holiday and the things that I do.
Recently my family and I have started the G.A.R.D diet as I suffered health problems. I now believe that changing my diet is fundamental in helping me to feel better. The diet restricts me from eating Gluten, Soya, Corn and Casein (from cow’s dairy). It has meant that I have had to be more creative with making dishes.
In this blog I will share my recipes showing that you can make yummy dinners and desserts without using certain ingredients. I want this blog to show that even if your not on this diet you can still make these dishes easily and the whole family can enjoy them.
